Far And Away Travel Album

My latest project is a travel scrapbook album using the awesome Far and Away collection of Teresa Collins. I love making travel albums, especially when I plan to use them for an upcoming vacation and this one by far it is one of my favorites.

For the cover I embossed gold cardstock as the base of the design. I used a frame that I aged, to give the old world feel. I also included some vintage metal embellishments to complete the look.

The whole album is created from scratch using a cereal box as a base. Here is a better view of the completed cover

 This collection is very elegant with a vintage twist.

I used a black background to accentuate the colors of the collection which are the red, blue and beige.

I also created a coordinating mini journal book to document in detail every day of my trip.

I absolutely love the end result. Now my mini album is ready to store all my photos and memories of my future trip.
