I would like to share with you my first project to kick off this holiday season: a Halloween album using the amazing collection from Graphic 45 Steampunk Spells.
As usually happens with all the Graphic 45 collections, I immediately fell in love with it as soon as I saw it. The amazing detail in each of their papers make them a pleasure to work with.
My cover is the awesome steampunk lady that I mounted on chipboard. I made her 3D using pop ups dots.
The Album is big in size: 81/2 by 11 inches to accomodate an incredible amount of space for photos and journaling.
Orange, black and gold are the primary colors used.
But this unexpected blue makes the album so much more fun to look at.
There is amazing details in every paper. Little or no embellishments are necessary to create awesome pages.
An array of different characters pop in every corner of the album.
As usual it was an absolute delight to work with this collection.
Great album, Glenys!!! I envy your talents!!! Thanks so much for sharing this. I am wondering how you bound this album/journal. Being a novice in the binding department...I'd love to see some photos of the technique!!! Thanks, again, for posting this fabulous project!!!
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for your comment. I'm working in posting a video on my You Tube channel to demostreate the Binding of the mini albumn better.
